Last night I spent about two hours talking with a friend about their art (art as described by David in an earlier post). It was fun, and I didn't really do anything at all except to tell him that he has an amazing story!
FACT: Encouraging talented people is easy.
FACT: Most people don't like handing out positive feedback because they believe it somehow means that they themselves are less awesome (though this is a true statement, the thought therein is false).
